A veneer should be very conservative requiring only a very small amount of tooth preparation (drilling) on the front and sometimes the sides of the tooth only. A crown requires all five surfaces of the tooth to be prepped and to a greater extent. It's never really a choice whether to have a veneer or a crown -- the condition of the tooth and the desired result will determine which restoration is best suited.

Using a small 1cc tuberculin syringe, Botox is injected with and a very short and narrow 32 gauge needle. It works only where it is injected so treating an upper forehead zone, for example, might require 8 tiny injections while the lower forehead and frown lines between the eyebrows might require 6. There is no preoperative preparation needed and the patient can resume normal activities right away. The effect of the Botox can be seen in 5-7 days and usually last around 3-4 months. The sooner a patient starts, the more likely that the areas being treated with be wrinkle free.

Endo therapy is performed by creating a very small tunnel in the top of the tooth, using a series of very narrow nickel-titanium files to travel down the pulp space or root canals to remove the affected pulp tissue and then finally shaping, disinfecting and then filling and sealing the pulp space.
