Ather Energy reported a 29% year-on-year increase in revenue for Q4 FY25, reaching ₹676 crore, up from ₹523 crore in the same period the previous year. For the full fiscal year, revenue rose 29% to ₹2,225 crore. The company also achieved a 45% volume growth in the previous fiscal year, driven by strong product performance. Ather Energy's electric two-wheeler sales increased to 12,101 units in January 2025, up from 10,506 units in December 2024. Additionally, Ather Energy's market share in the electric two-wheeler segment grew to 15% in Q4 FY2025, up from 11% in Q3, reflecting successful product launches. The company trimmed its losses by 17% year-on-year to ₹234.4 crore in Q4 FY25. Ather Energy also expanded its workforce by 11.9% from March 2024 to March 2025, reaching 1,630 employees. Furthermore, Ather Energy raised ₹1,340 crore from anchor investors ahead of its IPO, which was fully subscribed, raising a total of ₹2,981 crore, with shares set to list on May 6, 2025.
